The Billing page is your central hub for managing everything related to your AutoTalk subscription, payment history, and resource consumption. You can access it by navigating to Faturamento (Billing) in the sidebar, which takes you to /dashboard/{employeeId}/payments.
How billing works
AutoTalk uses a subscription-based model with usage limits tied to your plan. When you first sign up, you start on a free trial ("Trial gratis") that gives you access to platform features with a set of usage allowances. Once your trial ends, you choose a paid plan to continue using the platform.
Each plan comes with monthly limits on key resources such as actions executed, API requests, messages processed, audio transcription time, and AI tokens. Your billing page gives you full visibility into how much of each resource you have used and how much remains.
What you'll find on the Billing page
The Billing page is organized into several sections, each accessible from the main view or through the sidebar sub-items:
- Subscription ("Assinatura") -- Your current plan, subscription status, trial end date, and subscription ID. This is where you upgrade your plan or manage subscription settings.
- Invoices ("Faturas") -- A chronological list of all invoices showing dates, amounts in BRL (R$), and payment status. Click "Ver todos" (View all) to see the full history.
- Monthly Usage ("Uso mensal") -- Real-time meters tracking your consumption of actions, API requests, messages, audio transcription time, and AI tokens against your plan limits.
- Static Usage ("Uso estatico") -- Current storage and database consumption, including total used, file count, and remaining capacity.
The sidebar within the Billing section also provides direct links to:
- Assinatura (Subscription)
- Historico de assinaturas (Subscription history)
- Historico de uso (Usage history)
Billing currency and payments
All billing amounts are displayed in Brazilian Reais (R$). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you upgrade your plan or your subscription renews, the charge goes through Stripe's payment system.
Check your Monthly Usage section regularly to understand your consumption patterns. If you are consistently approaching your limits, it may be time to upgrade to a higher plan. If you are well under your limits, you may be able to save by staying on a lower tier.
