AutoTalk bills you from a prepaid credit wallet — there are no plans or subscriptions. Credits are pegged to the US dollar at 100 credits = US$1 (so 1 credit = 1¢). You add credits when you like, and usage draws them down. The wallet is its own Wallet item under the Billing group in the sidebar.
Your balance
The wallet panel headlines your Available credits — your settled balance minus this month's usage so far — with the raw settled balance shown below as a "Billed balance" footnote. It also lists your recent transactions. Every new account starts with US$5 worth of credits (500 credits) to try the platform — no credit card required. These free trial credits expire 30 days after signup; credits you purchase never expire. Signups flagged by our anti-abuse checks may receive a reduced free credit, or none.
Adding credits
Click Add credits, choose an amount in credits, and pick how you want to pay:
- InfinitePay (BRL) — pay in Brazilian Reais by PIX or card. We convert your credits amount to BRL at the live USD/BRL rate plus a small spread, and show you the exact amount you'll be charged before you confirm.
- Bitcoin (BTCPay) — pay in Bitcoin or Lightning.
- Solana — pay in SOL or USDC.
- Ethereum — pay in ETH on the Base network.
Crypto is priced in USD, so credits are bought at 100 credits = US$1 with no FX conversion.
The amount of credits you buy is fixed the moment you start the top-up, so it never changes if the exchange rate moves before your payment settles. Credits land in your wallet automatically once the payment confirms.
How credits are spent
Every billed resource — compute, AI tokens, audio, transcoding, storage, database, and hosted channel-connection uptime — is metered per unit and charged against your wallet. AutoTalk applies your credit balance to each usage invoice automatically; you never have a separate bill to pay by hand as long as your wallet has credit.
When your wallet runs low
- AutoTalk notifies you as your balance gets low.
- When your effective balance reaches zero, usage that would spend more credit is paused — this protects you from running up a bill you can't cover. Your existing data stays intact.
- Top up to resume immediately.

Invoices
The Invoices item under the Billing group lists every charge: wallet top-ups and the periodic usage invoices that your wallet auto-pays. Each invoice appears as a preview row showing the invoice ID, its status, currency and total, and the date it was created. Click a row to open the invoice's checkout page.
Keep a little buffer in your wallet (or set a top-up reminder) so usage is never paused mid-conversation.
