The Subscription section at the top of the Billing page ("Faturamento") shows all the key details about your current AutoTalk plan. Navigate to Faturamento > Assinatura in the sidebar to view it.
Viewing your subscription
Your subscription summary displays the following information:
- Subscription ID -- A unique identifier for your subscription. Keep this handy if you ever need to contact support about a billing issue.
- Status -- The current state of your subscription (see the table below for all possible statuses).
- Plan -- The name of your current plan (for example, "basic"). If you want to move to a higher tier, click the "Fazer upgrade" (Upgrade) button next to the plan name.
- Trial end date -- If you are on a free trial, this shows when your trial expires (displayed in DD/MM/YYYY format, for example "19/02/2026").
Subscription statuses
| Status | Display name | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | "Trial gratis" | You are in the free trial period. All features are available within trial limits. Your trial end date is shown on the subscription card. |
| Active | "Ativo" | Your subscription is active and your plan renews automatically each billing cycle. |
| Cancelled | "Cancelado" | Your subscription has been cancelled. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. |
| Past due | "Vencido" | A payment has failed. Update your payment method to restore your subscription. |
Managing your subscription
Below the subscription summary, you will find the "Configuracoes de Assinatura" (Subscription Settings) button. Click it to:
- Update or change your payment method
- View or modify your billing details
- Cancel your subscription
- Reactivate a cancelled subscription (if still within the billing period)
This button takes you to the Stripe customer portal where you can securely manage all payment-related settings.
Upgrading your plan
If your current plan is "basic" and you need more capacity, click the "Fazer upgrade" (Upgrade) button displayed next to your plan name. This takes you to the plan selection screen where you can compare available plans and choose the one that fits your business needs.
If you are on a free trial, take note of your trial end date. Make sure to select a paid plan before the trial expires so there is no interruption to your service. You can upgrade at any time during the trial.
