AutoTalk is an all-in-one business communication platform that brings together multi-channel messaging, AI-powered automation, appointment scheduling, client management, and team collaboration into a single dashboard. Whether you are a solo entrepreneur or managing a growing team, AutoTalk helps you connect with your customers across every major messaging platform without switching between apps.

Who is this guide for?

This guide is written for business owners, managers, and employees who use AutoTalk day to day. No technical knowledge is required. Each section includes step-by-step instructions with references to the actual buttons and labels you will see in the interface.

What can you do with AutoTalk?

Multi-channel inbox

Manage all your customer conversations from a single inbox. AutoTalk connects to WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and web chat (Chatwoot widget), so every message arrives in one place. You can assign conversations to team members, add internal notes, and reply across channels without leaving the dashboard.

AI agents

Set up intelligent assistants powered by large language models. AI agents use models like OpenAI GPT, DeepSeek, or Google Gemini to understand customer intent and respond naturally. They can answer customer questions, qualify leads, collect information, and route conversations to human team members when needed.

Bots

Connect flow-based bots built with Typebot or Botpress for structured, step-by-step conversations like intake forms, surveys, or booking wizards.

Automated workflows

Create trigger-based workflows that automate repetitive tasks. Workflows can respond to events like new messages, updated contacts, or scheduled times, and they execute a sequence of actions such as sending messages, updating records, or calling external APIs.

Calendar and scheduling

Manage appointments and bookings directly within AutoTalk. Set your team's working hours, create event types, and let customers book time slots. The calendar syncs with your conversations so you always know who is scheduled and when.

Client management

Maintain a detailed database of your customers. Each client record can include contact information, conversation history, tags, categories, and custom fields. Use filters and search to quickly find any client.

Team management

Invite team members, assign roles and permissions, and organize your staff into departments. Control who can access what, from conversation queues to administrative settings.

Billing and subscription

Manage your AutoTalk subscription, track your resource usage, and view invoices. AutoTalk uses a subscription model with usage-based limits covering messages, API requests, AI tokens, storage, and more. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
