The Billing section manages your prepaid wallet, payment history, and resource consumption. Open it from the Billing group in the sidebar.
How billing works
AutoTalk uses a prepaid wallet model — you pay only for what you use, with no plans or subscriptions. Credits are pegged to the US dollar — 100 credits = US$1, so 1 credit = 1¢ — and credits you purchase never expire. Add more credits whenever you like; usage draws them down.
An eligible new company can receive US$3 in signup credits (300 credits), with a signup-access period of 30 days from the grant. Anti-abuse eligibility can reduce the grant, including to zero. Check the access cutoff displayed in the wallet; paid/admin conversion can remove the signup-only restriction.
Every billed resource is metered per unit against the wallet. Available credit is a conservative estimate for the current billing period, not settled balance minus calendar-month usage. New-spend checks can block requests when credit/budgets disallow spending; hosted connections follow a separate grace and pause lifecycle and can accrue uptime before disconnection. A top-up can remove the credit block, while other budget or reconnection requirements may remain.
What you'll find on the Billing page
The Billing landing page (Wallet) shows two panels:
- Wallet credits — Your available credit balance, the current billing period's spend by category, recent transactions, and the Add credits button.
- Projection — How long your credits last at the current pace, projected spend to billing-period end, and a daily-consumption chart.
The Billing group in the sidebar links to the other pages:
- Wallet — The landing page above.
- Usage — Detailed usage history and meters.
- Budget — Monthly spending limits and alerts.
- Invoices — A list of your invoices (top-ups and usage) with status and total.
How you pay
You add credits to your wallet — by card or PIX (in BRL via InfinitePay), or with crypto (Bitcoin, Solana, or Ethereum) — and your wallet auto-pays each usage invoice. There is no recurring subscription charge.
Check the Usage page to understand your consumption patterns, and set a monthly budget on the Budget page if you want a hard cap or alerts.
