User Profile

Your user profile contains your personal account information. It is separate from your employee profile within a company -- the user profile is tied to your login account, while the employee profile is specific to a particular company.

Accessing your profile​

Navigate to Minha Conta > Perfil do usuario (My Account > User Profile) in the sidebar. This opens the profile edit form where you can view and update your personal details.

Profile fields​

Avatar (profile photo)​

Your profile photo is displayed at the top of the form. Click on the image area to upload a new photo. This avatar is shown to other team members in your company and may be used across the platform wherever your user identity is displayed.

Nome (Name)​

The Nome field is your display name. This is the name other people see when you are involved in conversations, calendar events, or team communications. Update it by editing the text and saving.

Numero do WhatsApp (WhatsApp Number)​

The WhatsApp Number field allows you to set your personal WhatsApp contact number. It includes an international country code selector:

  • Click the country flag/code dropdown to select your country. The default is Brazil (+55).
  • Enter your phone number in the field after selecting the correct country code.

This number can be used for platform-related communications and notifications sent via WhatsApp.

Idioma (Language)​

The Idioma field sets your preferred interface language. The default is ptBR (Brazilian Portuguese). Changing this value updates the language used across the platform for your account.

Ativar notificacoes (Enable notifications)​

The "Ativar notificacoes" checkbox controls whether you receive notifications from the platform. When checked, you will be alerted about new messages, appointment changes, and other important events. When unchecked, notifications are silenced.

Saving changes​

After making updates to any field:

  1. Review your changes to make sure they are correct.
  2. Click Save to apply the updated profile.

Your changes take effect immediately across the platform.

tip

Make sure your WhatsApp number is correct and includes the right country code. If you use WhatsApp-based notifications or communications, an incorrect number means you will miss important messages.
