Notifications keep you informed about important activity in your AutoTalk account, such as new messages from customers, upcoming appointments, and system events.
Accessing notifications
To view your notifications, click Notificacoes in the sidebar menu. This opens the full notifications page where you can see all recent alerts and updates.
You may also see notification indicators (such as a badge count) in the sidebar or on the bell icon, letting you know there are unread items without needing to open the page.
What gets notified
Notifications cover a range of events across the platform:

| Messages | New message received from a customer, conversation assigned to you |
| Calendar events | Appointment booked, rescheduled, or canceled |
| System | Channel connection changes, subscription updates, storage warnings |
| Team | Employee added, role changed, invitation sent |
Enabling notifications
You can control whether you receive notifications through your user profile settings:
- Go to Minha Conta > Perfil do usuario (My Account > User Profile).
- Look for the "Ativar notificacoes" (Enable notifications) checkbox.
- Check the box to turn on notifications, or uncheck it to turn them off.
- Save your changes.
When notifications are enabled, you will receive alerts for relevant activity across all your conversations and events. When disabled, notifications are silenced but activity still occurs in the background.
Keep notifications enabled if you are actively managing customer conversations. This ensures you do not miss time-sensitive messages or appointment changes that need your attention.
