After selecting a company, you land on the Conversations (Inbox) page, which serves as your home base in AutoTalk. The interface is divided into three main areas: the sidebar on the left, the main content area in the center, and the bottom bar at the bottom of the screen.

The sidebar is your primary way of moving between sections in AutoTalk. It can be collapsed to give you more screen space and expanded again when you need it. The sidebar is organized into the following groups:

Inbox

  • Inbox (Conversations) -- This is the default landing page. It shows all your active customer conversations in one place. You can view, reply to, and manage messages from every connected channel here.

Notifications

  • Notificacoes (Notifications) -- View alerts and updates about new messages, appointment changes, system events, and other activity within your company.

Integrations (Integracoes)

This section manages how AutoTalk connects with external platforms and services:

Menu itemDescription
Canais (Channels)Connect and manage messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and others. Each channel links an external platform to your AutoTalk inbox.
Tokens de API (API Tokens)Generate and manage API tokens for programmatic access to AutoTalk. Developers use these to integrate AutoTalk with external systems.
WebhooksSet up webhook endpoints so AutoTalk can send real-time event notifications to your own servers or third-party services.

Automations (Automacoes)

This section contains tools for automating your workflows and customer interactions:

Menu itemDescription
Agentes (Agents)Configure AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents that can handle conversations automatically.
WorkflowsBuild automated sequences of actions that trigger based on events, such as sending a follow-up message after an appointment is booked.
Mensagens Template (Template Messages)Create and manage pre-approved message templates, which are required for outbound messages on certain channels like WhatsApp.

Professional (Profissional)

This section is for managing your individual professional profile and daily work:

Menu itemDescription
Calendario (Calendar)View and manage your appointments, bookings, and scheduled events in a full calendar view.
Configuracoes (Settings)Adjust settings specific to your professional profile within the current company.
Servicos (Services)Define the services you offer (such as appointment types, durations, and pricing). Clients can book these services through your channels.
Trocar profissional (Switch employee)Switch to a different company or employee profile without logging out. Useful if you work across multiple businesses.

Company (Empresa)

This section is for company-wide administration. Depending on your role, some options may not be visible:

Configuracoes (Settings)Manage company-level settings such as business name, address, working hours, and general preferences.
Clientes (Clients)Browse, search, and manage your company's client database. View client profiles, conversation history, and contact details.
Armazenamento (Storage)View and manage files and media stored in your company account.
LogsReview system activity logs for auditing and troubleshooting purposes.
Pacotes (Packages)Manage service packages or bundles offered to clients.
Faturamento (Billing)Manage everything related to your subscription and payments. This section expands into three sub-items:

My Account (Minha Conta)

This section manages your personal account settings:

Perfil do usuario (User profile)Edit your name, photo, contact information, and other personal details.
Alterar senha (Change password)Update your account password.
Modo escuro (Dark mode)Toggle dark mode on or off for the entire interface (see below).
Sair (Log out)Sign out of your AutoTalk account.

Help and Support (Ajuda e Suporte)

Menu itemDescription

Reportar um Bug (Report a bug)Submit a bug report to the AutoTalk support team.
Sobre o app (About the app)View version information and other details about the application.

At the bottom of the sidebar, you will find:

  • Your user avatar and name -- A quick visual indicator of who is currently logged in.
  • Dark mode toggle -- A convenient switch to turn dark mode on or off without navigating to the My Account section. Dark mode changes the entire interface to a darker color scheme, which is easier on the eyes in low-light environments.

Bottom bar

The bottom of the screen contains a persistent bar with quick-access tools:

  • Home button -- Click this to return to the Conversations (Inbox) page from anywhere in the app.
  • Calendar quick-access button -- Click this to jump directly to your calendar without navigating through the sidebar.
  • Mini-calendar panel -- A collapsible panel that shows a compact month view of your calendar. You can expand or collapse it by clicking the calendar button. The mini-calendar gives you a quick overview of days with appointments without leaving your current page.

Main content area

The large center section of the screen displays the content for whichever page you have selected. For example, when you are on the Inbox page, the main content area shows your conversation list and the active conversation thread. When you navigate to the Calendar, it shows your appointment schedule, and so on.

tip

Collapse the sidebar when you need more room to work, especially on smaller screens. You can always expand it again by clicking the menu icon. The bottom bar stays visible at all times, giving you one-click access to Home and your Calendar.
