Getting started with AutoTalk takes just a few minutes. You can access the platform at https://app.autotalk.io.

The login page​

When you visit https://app.autotalk.io, you will see the login screen. The page includes the following elements:

  • Email field -- Enter the email address you used when creating your account.
  • Password field -- Enter your account password.
  • Remember me checkbox -- Check this box if you want to stay logged in on your current browser. When enabled, you will not need to enter your credentials again the next time you visit the app.
  • Forgot password? link -- Click this if you need to reset your password (see below).
  • Log in button -- Submit your email and password to sign in.
  • Social login buttons -- Two buttons at the bottom of the form let you sign in with your Google account or your Facebook account. These options let you skip manual email/password entry entirely.
  • Language selector dropdown -- A dropdown at the top or bottom of the login page lets you choose the interface language. AutoTalk supports multiple languages, so pick the one you are most comfortable with before logging in.
  • Create account link -- If you do not have an account yet, click this link to go to the registration page.

Creating your account​

  1. On the login page, click the Create account link.
  2. Fill in the registration form with your name, email address, and a password.
  3. Click Create account to submit the form.
  4. Check your email inbox for a verification message from AutoTalk (see Email Verification for details).

You can also sign up using Google or Facebook by clicking the corresponding social login button on the registration page. When you use social login, your name and email are pulled from your Google or Facebook profile automatically.

Logging in​

  1. Open your browser and go to https://app.autotalk.io.
  2. Enter your email and password in the respective fields.
  3. Optionally, check the Remember me box to stay signed in.
  4. Click Log in.

After a successful login, you will be taken to the Company Selection screen (if you belong to multiple companies) or directly to the Conversations (Inbox) page, which is the main landing page of the app.

Logging in with Google or Facebook​

  1. On the login page, click the Google or Facebook button.
  2. You will be redirected to the selected provider's authentication page.
  3. Sign in with your Google or Facebook credentials and authorize AutoTalk.
  4. You will be redirected back to AutoTalk and logged in automatically.

Changing the interface language​

Before logging in, you can use the language selector dropdown on the login page to change the interface language. This setting affects all labels, menus, and system messages throughout the platform. You can change the language again later from your account settings.

Forgot your password?​

  1. On the login page, click the Forgot password? link.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your AutoTalk account.
  3. Click Send (or the equivalent button) to request a password reset.
  4. Check your email inbox for a message from AutoTalk containing a password reset link.
  5. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
  6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
tip

Use a strong, unique password for your AutoTalk account. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, you can still set a separate password later in your account settings under Password and Security.
