AutoTalk lets you personalize the interface to match your preferred language and visual style. These settings affect only your own account and do not change the experience for other team members.

Changing the interface language​

The language setting controls the text displayed throughout the AutoTalk interface, including menus, buttons, labels, and system messages.

  1. Navigate to your Perfil do usuario (User profile) settings.
  2. Find the Language dropdown selector.
  3. Select your preferred language from the available options. The default is ptBR (Brazilian Portuguese). Other options include en (English) and additional language codes as they become available.
  4. The interface updates immediately to reflect your chosen language.

The language setting is saved to your user profile, so it persists across sessions and devices.

Switching between light and dark mode​

AutoTalk supports two visual themes: light mode and dark mode. You can switch between them in two ways.

Option 1: Through My Account​

  1. Click on Minha Conta (My Account) in the sidebar or user menu.
  2. Find the Modo escuro (Dark mode) toggle.
  3. Click the toggle to switch between dark mode and light mode.
  4. The interface updates instantly.

At the bottom of the sidebar, there is a "Switch to dark mode" button (or "Switch to light mode" if dark mode is already active). Click this button to toggle between themes without navigating to your account settings.

When to use each theme​

ThemeBest for
Light modeBright or well-lit environments. Provides high contrast for easy reading during daytime use. This is the default theme.
Dark modeLow-light environments or evening work sessions. Reduces screen brightness and can help reduce eye strain during extended use.

Your theme preference is saved to your account and applies every time you log in.

tip

If you spend long hours managing conversations in AutoTalk, try switching to dark mode during evening sessions. Many users find it easier on the eyes when working in dimly lit environments.
