Creating Services

Creating services is one of the first steps in setting up your business on AutoTalk. Each service you create becomes available for use in calendar events, employee assignments, and customer-facing booking.

How to create a service

  1. In the sidebar, go to Profissional > Servicos. This opens the services list page with the title "Servicos".
  2. Click the "Add new services" button at the top of the list.
  3. A new service form opens. Fill in the required details:
    • Name -- Enter a clear, descriptive name for the service (e.g., "Haircut", "Deep Tissue Massage", "Initial Consultation").
    • Duration -- Set how long the service typically takes. This value is used when scheduling calendar events.
    • Price -- Enter the cost of the service.
  4. Configure any additional fields that appear in the form.
  5. Click Save to create the service.

Your new service now appears in the services list and is available for use throughout the platform.

Editing an existing service

  1. Navigate to Profissional > Servicos to view your list of services.
  2. Click on the service you want to modify. The edit form opens with the current details pre-filled.
  3. Update any fields as needed -- for example, change the price or adjust the duration.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Deleting a service

If a service is no longer offered, you can remove it from the list. Open the service from the services list and look for the delete option. Be aware that removing a service may affect historical calendar events that reference it.

Choose service names that are short and descriptive. These names appear in calendar events and may be shown to customers through the chatbot or booking page, so clarity helps everyone involved.
