Calendar & Scheduling

What you'll learn
  • How to access the calendar in AutoTalk
  • The four calendar views available and when to use each one
  • How scheduling ties together clients, services, and employees

The Calendar is your central hub for managing appointments, events, and daily schedules. It provides a visual overview of your bookings across different time frames and makes it simple to create, reschedule, or cancel appointments for your clients.

Accessing the calendar

You can open the calendar in two ways:

  • From the sidebar — Navigate to Profissional > Calendario in the left-hand menu.
  • From the bottom bar — Tap the Calendar button that is always visible in the bottom navigation bar.

Both paths take you to the same full calendar view.

What you see on the calendar page

When you open the calendar, you will find:

  • Month and year header — Displays the current month and year (for example, "fevereiro de 2026") at the top of the page.
  • Navigation arrows — Left and right arrow buttons on either side of the month name let you move forward or backward through months.
  • View mode buttons — Four buttons to switch between Dia (Day), Semana (Week), Mes (Month), and Agenda views.
  • Filtros button — A filters button that lets you narrow down which events are displayed.
  • Calendar grid — The main area showing your schedule. Days of the week are labeled in Portuguese: dom (Sunday), seg (Monday), ter (Tuesday), qua (Wednesday), qui (Thursday), sex (Friday), sab (Saturday).
  • Mini-calendar panel — A compact calendar always visible at the bottom of the screen for quick date navigation. Tap any date in this panel to jump directly to that day.

How scheduling works

When an appointment is created — whether by you, an employee, or an AI agent — it appears on the calendar. Each event is linked to a client and a service, so you always know who is coming and what they need. Events are also assigned to a specific employee, ensuring the right person is prepared for each appointment.

Key features

  • Four calendar views — Switch between Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views to see your schedule at the level of detail you need
  • Working schedules — Define business hours and each employee's availability so the calendar shows accurate open slots
  • Recurring events — Set up appointments that repeat on a regular schedule without re-creating them each time
  • Client assignments — Every event is tied to a client, building a complete appointment history
  • Event filters — Use the Filtros button to show or hide events based on criteria such as employee, service type, or status
  • Quick date navigation — The mini-calendar panel at the bottom lets you jump to any date instantly
tip

Set up your working schedule before creating events. This helps AutoTalk prevent double-bookings and ensures your clients always see accurate availability when booking through the AI agent or scheduling page.
