Storage Management

What you'll learn
  • How to access the storage management page
  • What counts toward your storage limit
  • How storage connects to your billing plan

AutoTalk stores media files, documents, and other data exchanged through your conversations and uploaded to employee and company profiles. The Storage Management page helps you monitor how much storage your company is using.

Accessing storage management

Navigate to Empresa > Armazenamento (Company > Storage) in the sidebar. This opens the storage management page where you can view your current usage.

What counts toward storage

Your storage usage includes:

  • Images -- Photos and graphics sent or received in conversations, plus profile avatars and company logos
  • Audio -- Voice messages and audio files exchanged with customers
  • Video -- Video files shared in conversations
  • Documents -- PDFs, spreadsheets, and other files sent through chat channels
  • Uploaded media -- Files uploaded through the "Edit image" and "View storage" features on employee and company profile pages

Storage limits

Your storage limit depends on your billing plan. For example, a basic plan may include 1 GB of storage. You can check your remaining capacity on the storage page or in your billing summary.

If you approach your storage limit:

  • Consider deleting old or unnecessary files
  • Review large files that may be taking up significant space
  • Upgrade your plan or purchase a data pack for additional storage capacity

The View Storage feature

Throughout the platform, you will encounter a "View storage" button on pages where images or files are managed (such as employee profiles and company settings). Clicking this button opens a storage browser that lets you see uploaded files, select existing files for reuse, and manage your stored media.

tip

Check your storage usage periodically, especially if your business exchanges a lot of media files with customers. Running out of storage can prevent new files from being saved or received.
