Employee Profiles
- How to access and edit an employee profile
- What profile fields are available (avatar and name)
- How to use the Actions button for additional options
Every team member in your company has an employee profile that stores their identity information. The profile determines how the employee is displayed throughout the platform -- in the calendar, inbox, and any client-facing contexts.
Accessing the employee profile
- In the sidebar, navigate to Profissional > Configuracoes (Professional > Settings).
- The employee edit form opens, showing the profile for the currently active employee.
If you need to edit a different employee's profile, use the "Trocar profissional" (Switch employee) option to switch to that employee first, then navigate back to the settings page.
Profile fields
The employee profile edit form includes the following fields:
Avatar (profile photo)
The avatar section displays the employee's current profile image. Below the image, you will find two buttons:
- "Edit image" -- Click this to upload a new profile photo or change the existing one.
- "View storage" -- Click this to open the storage view where you can browse previously uploaded images and media files.
Nome (Name)
The Nome field contains the employee's display name. This is the name that appears throughout the platform -- in the calendar, inbox, chat interface, and anywhere the employee is referenced.
To update the name, simply edit the text in the field and save.
The Actions button
The employee settings page includes an "Acoes" (Actions) button that provides access to additional operations. This button opens a menu with options that go beyond the basic profile fields, such as advanced configuration or administrative actions related to the employee.
Saving changes
After making any changes to the profile:
- Review the updated avatar and name to make sure they are correct.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Use a clear, recognizable profile photo for each employee. This makes it easier for team members to identify who is assigned to conversations and calendar events at a glance.
