Working Schedules

What you'll learn
  • How to configure an employee's working hours for each day of the week
  • How to mark days off
  • What the default schedule looks like

Each employee has a working schedule that defines when they are available for appointments. The schedule is configured per day of the week, with individual start times, end times, and a day-off toggle for each day.

Where to configure the schedule

  1. Navigate to Profissional > Configuracoes (Professional > Settings).
  2. Scroll down to the Working schedule section in the employee edit form.

The schedule section displays all seven days of the week (Monday through Sunday), each with its own row of settings.

Schedule fields for each day

For every day of the week, you will see:

FieldDescription
Start timeThe time the employee begins work (e.g., 09:00)
End timeThe time the employee finishes work (e.g., 18:00)
E dia de folga (Day off)A checkbox that marks the day as a day off -- when checked, the employee is unavailable all day

When the "E dia de folga" checkbox is checked for a given day, the start and end time fields for that day are ignored, and the employee will not appear as available on the calendar for that entire day.

Default schedule

When a new employee is created, the default working schedule is typically:

DayStartEndDay off
Monday09:0018:00No
Tuesday09:0018:00No
Wednesday09:0018:00No
Thursday09:0018:00No
Friday09:0018:00No
Saturday09:0012:00No
Sunday----Yes

This gives you a standard business-hours setup with a half day on Saturday and Sunday off. Adjust it to match your actual operating hours.

How schedules affect the platform

  • Calendar -- Time slots outside the employee's working hours are unavailable for booking. The calendar uses the schedule to calculate open slots.
  • AI Agent -- When the chatbot helps customers book appointments, it only offers times within the employee's configured working hours.
  • Scheduling page -- If you use a public booking page, customers see availability that respects each employee's schedule.

Saving changes

After adjusting the schedule for any day:

  1. Verify that start times are earlier than end times.
  2. Confirm that day-off checkboxes are set correctly.
  3. Click Save to apply the updated schedule.
tip

Review working schedules regularly, especially around holidays or seasonal changes. An outdated schedule can lead to customers booking times when no one is actually available.
