Invoices
- How to view your invoice history
- What information each invoice contains
- How to access the full list of past invoices
The Invoices section ("Faturas") on the Billing page provides a complete record of all charges made to your AutoTalk account. This is where you go to review past payments, verify amounts, and keep track of your billing history.
Viewing invoices
- Navigate to Faturamento (Billing) in the sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Faturas (Invoices) section on the Billing page.
- You will see a list of your most recent invoices displayed directly on the page.
- To see your complete invoice history, click the "Ver todos" (View all) button at the top of the invoices section.
What each invoice shows
Every invoice in the list displays three key pieces of information:
| Field | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Date | The date the invoice was generated | 12/02/2026 |
| Amount | The total charge in Brazilian Reais | R$0, R$49, R$99 |
| Status | Whether the payment was successful | "Pago" (Paid) |
During a free trial, invoices may show an amount of R$0 with a status of Pago (Paid), indicating that no charge was applied for that billing period.
Invoice statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pago (Paid) | The payment was successfully processed |
| Pendente (Pending) | The payment is being processed |
| Falhou (Failed) | The payment could not be processed -- update your payment method |
Billing history in the sidebar
You can also access your billing history through the sidebar sub-item Historico de assinaturas (Subscription history) under the Faturamento section. This gives you a dedicated view of subscription-related billing events over time.
Using invoices for business records
Invoices are useful for:
- Expense tracking -- Keep a record of your AutoTalk costs for budgeting purposes
- Accounting -- Provide invoices to your accountant or bookkeeper
- Tax documentation -- Use invoices as supporting documents for business tax filings
Check your invoices after each billing cycle to confirm that the correct amount was charged. If you recently upgraded or downgraded your plan, verify that the prorated amount appears correctly on your next invoice.
